Indonesia will host the 2011 Southeast Asian Games a.k.a 2011 SEA GAMES. This is the fourth time for Indonesia, because previously Indonesia had held this event in 1979, 1987, and 1997. In 2011, the largest sports event in Southeast Asia will be held in two cities in Indonesia ie Palembang and Jakarta.
26th SEA Games in Indonesia will be held on 11 to 25 November 2011. Opening and closing ceremonies will be held at Sriwijaya Stadium in Palembang. The 2011 SEA Games will features hundreds of events in 38 sports, Palembang will host 20 sports, and the rest will be held in Jakarta.
