TVOne (formerly Lativi) is an Indonesian private television station. The television station was established on August 9, 2002 by businessman Abdul Latif.
Since 2006, some shares are also owned by Bakrie Group which also is the owner of television stations ANTV. On February 14, 2008, Lativi officially changed its name to TVOne, with a composition of 70 percent news and the rest combined sports and entertainment programs.
